AMTC will obtain the necessary information for the employer that is required by 49 CFR Part 40.25. This requires the employer to obtain the prior drug use history of an employee before they can be utilized in a safety-sensitive position for the first time. AMTC will complete the administrative tasks necessary to obtain the required history from previous employers in a timely manner. AMTC will maintain a database of certificates, physicals, and history. We manage these records and inform you of expiration dates.
